On some days, the weather will just simply cooperate… For Derek and Chandra’s engagement session, the weather did just that!   All week it had been raining but when I pulled out my camera it stopped long enough for me to catch this wonderful couple interacting with minimal interference from moi!  I must admit, Derek made my job very easy by making Chandra flash those pearly whites the whole session!

To know this couple is to love this couple. When we first met, they felt like family… the one’s we want to claim!  That’s how I received them and that’s how they received me.

Back to the shoot:  We enjoyed the sunshine, and had a blast shooting in Huntsville’s Big Spring Park.  On the last frame, I smiled and said, “That’s it for today…” then we all felt a few rain drops and that solidified the deal!

Derek & Chandra: Thanks for allowing me to be such a part of your lives!  Looking forward to the wedding in August!
