Aubrey & Ilisa were married on 9.18.2010 at Progressive Union Baptist Church, followed by a beautiful reception at the Knight Center.  As with the engagement session, this couple was full of love and energy… which made my job a slice of wedding cake… sweet!

I knew that Ilisa would be beautiful because I got to see her prior while doing her bridal session.  When ‘tough-guy’ Aubrey laid eyes on Ilisa as she walked through those double doors,  even he had to break his mold… for she was beautiful!

This couple was surrounded with a strong village of loving friends and family. When Aubrey took Ilisa’s hand in marriage, the entire village was a smiling.  Although you’re both now in Texas beginning your lives together, just know that your village truly loves you and they are only a phone call or email away.

Aubrey & Ilisa… thank you so much for allowing me to be your wedding photographer.  It’s been a joy working with you both over these past few months and I know that the two of you will were made for each other.  Your day was touched by God and I was blessed in the midst.
