Reminisce of Days Gone By… {Part II}

Me & Tina

Yesterday, I shared with you some treasured moments with my sisters in my post Reminisce of Days Gone By… {Part I}.  Today, I’m going to show you the loves of my life… My wife Tina and my son Nicholas!

It’s one thing for me to take photos with my sisters but for me to get an opportunity to photograph Tina & Nicholas is priceless.  Especially for Nicholas is now two years old and faster than Carl Lewis in his “Hay-Day”!  When I told Nicholas that his cousins, “Leah & Lalah” were coming to town, his eyes lit up like a Christmas tree!  We met them Friday evening at Bridge Street in front of the waterfall.  I saw Leah from a distance but didn’t want to spoil Nicholas surprise of him seeing her first… so I kept quiet.  All of a sudden Leah said, “COUSIN NICK IS HERE”!  Nicholas zoomed in on her and they hugged as if they haven’t seen each other in years!  Keep in mind, Leah is 3 and Nicholas is 2 and Lalah is 1!

LOL!!!

They played and played until it was time to go! Then they cried and cried… And we laughed and laughed and prepared for Saturday!

Tina really didn’t want to get in the pictures but I kinda tricked her into posing for the camera by getting Nicholas to do so!  Anyway, here are a few photos that I took of them and I wanted to share them with the world because I think the world of my family!  As I said yesterday, my father told me a long time ago and I’ll always cherish these words… “If you don’t have family, you don’t have anything”.  If you have family and your relationships are not what you’d like, please do whatever it takes to repair it.  You only get one shot at this thing called life.

What will you reminisce of days gone by…

Part III tomorrow:  My youngest sister Von… She’s VERY special!

lol
